I am addicted to this salad...........better known as The Wedge Salad! Super easy to make- chilled iceberg lettuce, juicy tomato, blue cheese dressing, bacon (I usually hold off on that)and crumbled blue cheese! This salad makes my mouth water and it make me want to sing out loud! I get super excited when we have this salad or if we go out and the restaurant we are at had it on the menu! For all my MN friends and family- Kincaid's and Wildfire have the best ones!

I would say Ginny Campbell's kitchen serves the best Wedge salad in town. When am I coming over Ginball?
